1. Ticket Sales Are Final
All ticket purchases, including online and on-site sales, are final and non-refundable.
Once a ticket is purchased, we do not offer refunds under any circumstance.
2. Changes & Rescheduling
• Tickets are valid only for the date and time selected at the time of purchase.
Guests who do not attend on their booked date/time will not be eligible for a refund or
reschedule.
3. Weather & Operational Closures
• BK Waterpark reserves the right to close rides, attractions, or the entire waterpark due to
weather conditions, safety concerns, maintenance, or other operational reasons.
• In the event of a full park closure, guests may be offered a rescheduling option.
Refunds will not be provided.
4. Late Arrival / No-Show
Guests who arrive late or do not attend on their booked date/time will not be eligible for a
refund or reschedule.
5. Special Tickets / Promotions
Any special ticket packages, seasonal passes, group bookings, or promotional offers are also
subject to this No Refund Policy, unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. Cancellations by BK Waterpark
If BK Waterpark cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will communicate directly
with the ticket holder regarding options for rescheduling. Refunds will not be issued.
